Before Booking
SECURING YOUR SESSION
All booking must be conducted via MiknDrik.com Rates and packages will be email on request.
A signed contract and a $100 deposit is required for normal bookings; to secure date and time for ALL sessions.
I will reserve the date and time agreed upon and will not make other reservations for that date or time, for this reason, deposits are non – refundable.
This is time that we have reserve for you especially and will appreciate the respect of commitment.
After Booking
NEXT STEPS
Once a date and time for a session is established, clients will need to pay the deposit requested.
Payments need to be done within 24 hours.
Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the session date.
About Your Shoot
LOCATION
Unless specified by client, We will select the location where the photoshoot will take place.
We utilize both indoor and outdoor locations as well as both natural and artificial light.
TIMELINESS + ATTENDANCE
Client should arrive to photoshoot, dressed (including hair and makeup if needed) and ready to shoot.
Timeliness is imperative for the smooth execution of each session. Additional time will not be added to a session, in the event of tardiness.
A grace period of up to 5-10 minutes will be given for each session.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING
In the event a reschedule is necessary due to inclement weather, illness, personal or family emergency, the new session date will be scheduled as soon as possible.
If new date is not scheduled within 6 months from the date of purchase, Client session fee will be lost.
In the event that We am unable to perform required Work on the day of the session/event, due to illness, personal or family emergency, a full refund of session payment will be provided to Client within 7 days of scheduled event. Client agrees to indemnify Consultant for any loss, damage or liability.
After Your Photoshoot
PRINTS & PRODUCTS
Clients will receive a digital gallery of edited images. Galleries will not expire.

Mik n Drik Photography retains copyright of all images provided - print or digital. Images provided to client may not be reproduced in any way, unless indicated by a print release. Images provided by Mik n Drik Photography may not be cropped or altered in any way.
